JANUARY 2014 FAVORITES February 7, 2014 sassy kitchen Taylor of Fox Fodder Farm has the most vibrant and inspiring tumblr I've seen in a while. There's no shortage of color or flora. The most gorgeous pattern/textile/color mash-up in one F/W14 Collection. I can't get enough of this lookbook. This Kendi oil mist will be sure to save your dulled out / winter-abused tresses. This product also has no parabens or sulfates! Newly discovered Henry Street Studio is a mother/daughter duo making gorgeous ceramics in Brooklyn. I love these little, ethereal watercolors from Etsy shop, DearCatherina. The cutest illustrated calendar including seasonal produce specific to each month. Also, from Cara -- the editor of Chickpea Magazine! This candle is a true winner. It will smell up your house even when it's not lit and the scent is AMAZING. Glasserie's roasted radishes with feta are reason enough to visit, but they also have a mindblowing (gluten-free!) chestnut cake as well.
DECEMBER 2013 FAVORITES January 2, 2014 sassy kitchen Beautiful Dreamers has some of the most beautiful luxury items. I am coveting this bright cherry dome hat. I finally made a Pinterest board for my obsession with color schemes and now I can't stop pinning. I'm so impressed with these Clam Lab Stoneware mugs. I've been looking for the perfect cup for coffee and tea for months. These are absolutely gorgeous and come in three natural colors. I was recently introduced to Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentrè after getting a sample in my latest Birchbox. This is my dream moisturizer. My skin has never looked better and healthy despite cold winter temps. I've been lusting after this book for years (literally) and FINALLY received it as a gift this past holiday. I know so many of these recipes will become household favorites and I can't wait to dive in. I'm obsessed with the show FRUITLAND curated by Alison Zavos of Feature Shoot. She searched "hundreds of photographers’ websites and chosen the freshest, strangest still life photos to present at Photoville 2013."
